1 lb sausage
1 c chopped celery
1/2 c chopped onion
2 c cooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can milk


Cook sausage in skillet until brown; remove from skillet. Saute celery and onion in drippings in skillet until golden brown; drain off excess drippings. Stir in sausage, rice, soup, and milk; place in casserole. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven for 30 minutes. Yield: 10 servings
