Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:

4 oz. dried pasta bows
3 oz. multi-colored baby marshmallows
3 oz. bittersweet chocolate chips
8 tbsp. thick set Balkan yogurt
4 tbsp. soft brown sugar
1 mandarin, segmented for garnishing
3 tbsp. white chocolate curls to decorate

METHOD:

Cook pasta according to package directions. In a bowl, combine marshmallows and chocolate chips. Drain pasta and add to marshmallow mixture. Mix well. Spoon into a deep baking dish. Spoon on yogurt, spreading evenly across mixture. Sprinkle brown sugar over yogurt. Grill for 5 minutes until sugar has melted and top of dessert is starting to go golden. Allow to cool for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with white chocolate curls. Garnish with mandarin segments. Serve warm.
