1 cup cooked rice
8 flour tortillas-soft
2 tsp stir-fry oil-seasoned
1/2 lb beef sirloin steak-thin, boneless cut into 2-inch strips
16 oz package stir-fry peppers and onions frozen
1/4 cup stir-fry sauce
2 tbsp water
1/4 cup green onions-thinly sliced

Cooking Instructions:
Cook rice according to package directions, keep warm.
Heat tortillas according to package directions, keep warm.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef, stir-fry 4 minutes or until no longer pink. Add peppers and onions, stir-fry 1 minute. Stir in stir-fry sauce and water. Reduce heat and simmer gently 6 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
Place 1/4 cup cooked rice in center of each tortila, top with 1/4 cup beef mixture and about 1 1/2 teaspoons green onions.
Fold in both sides of tortillas, roll up tightly from bottom, keeping filling firmly packed. Slice each wrap diagonally into pieces.
