2 cups biscuit mix
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup milk

Combine biscuit mix, sesame seeds, and salt in bowl. Stir milk in vigorously; beat for 20 strokes. Turn out on floured board; knead 8 to 10 times. Divide dough into 3-inch balls; flatten each ball into 1/4-inch thick circle. Grill circle 5 inches from medium hot coals for 3-4 minutes on each side. Cut in half; butter with an herb butter, if desired. Parmesan cheese, bacon bits, chives, chopped onion, peppers, or mushrooms may be added for a variation of flavor.
