2 pounds ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon oil


8 ounce can tomato sauce
1 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/4 teaspoon sour salt
2 tablespoons lemon juice


Mix ground beef, onion, eggs, salt, and pepper together. Form into 1 to 1/2 inch balls. Brown in oil and drain on paper towels. Combine sauce ingredients in large saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer 10 minutes then add meatballs. Simmer for 30 minutes.
