24 fresh mushrooms
1 onion
1 8-oz can minced clams
1 c Italian bread crumbs
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp parsley flakes


Cut stems from mushrooms; chop fine. Chop onion. Coat saucepan with oil. Add chopped mushrooms and onion; saute for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add clams, bread crumbs, oregano, thyme, and parsley flakes; cook until thoroughly mixed, adding oil, if needed. Stuff mushroom caps with clam mixture; place in baking pan. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven for 30 minutes.
