Southwestern Fried Potatoes Recipe
Spice up your ordinary fried potatoes with this southwestern recipe.
2 large potatoes
1 large onion
2 tablespoons oil
1 pound jar salsa
½ cup water
Slice potatoes and onions about 1/8 inch thick. Fry potatoes until they are lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer about 10 to 15 minutes
