1/3 c butter
1/3 c flour
2 tsp prepared mustard
1 tbsp grated onion
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
Dash red pepper
3 c milk
1 6-oz pkg Gruyers cheese, cubed
1/2 c slivered ripe olives
6 1/2 oz crab meat
6 1/2 oz lobster
1 3/4 c shrimp
1 medium avocado
1 tbsp lemon juice


Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Melt butter in saucepan over low heat; blend in flour, mustard, onion, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and red pepper. Add milk; cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add cheese; stir until melted. Remove from heat; blend in olives and seafood. Place in casserole. Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly. Peel avocado; slice and place on top of seafood mixture. Brush avocado slices with lemon juice; bake for 5 minutes longer. Yield: 6-8 servings.
