2 c long grain rice
3 can beef broth
2 beef broth cans water
3/4 c margarine
1 can mushrooms and liquid
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp onion salt
1/2 tsp seasoned pepper

Cook rice according to package instructions until partially done. Combine all ingredients in large casserole. Cover. Bakei n preheated 350 degree over 90 minutes. Uncover; bake for 60 minutes longer; stirring several times. Yield: 16 servings.
