3 c sugar
1 c oil
4 eggs
2 c pumpkin
3 1/2 c flour
2 tsp soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 c nuts
1 pkg Dream Whip
1 c drained crushed pineapple


Beat sugar, oil, eggs, 2/3 c water, and pumpkin together. Sift together dry ingredients; beat into egg mixture. Stir in nuts. Pour into 2 small, well-greased and floured loaf pans. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven for 60 minutes. Let cool; turn out of pans. Prepare Dream Whip according to pkg instructions; stir in pineapple. Slice bread; serve with a dollop of pineapple topping. Batter may be poured into 4 well-greased and floured 1-pound coffee tins, filling 1/2 full.
