1 lb. red plums, destoned
2 cups water
1 cup soft brown sugar
1 tbsp. orange flower water
1 cup sour cream
1 cup whipped cream
1 tbsp. soft brown sugar


Preheat oven to 400 F (200 C). Stew plums in boiling water with the sugar and orange flower water for 35 minutes until thickened.

Pour plums and syrup into a deep ovenproof dessert dish. Fold whipped cream into sour cream. Sprinkle generously with the brown sugar. Bake for 20 minutes until sugar has melted and topping is crunchy. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
