1 8 oz package of softened cream cheese
8 burrito size flour tortillas
1 small can of diced green chillies

Season to taste:: garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and salt

In a medium mixing bowl beat cream cheese until it forms a creamy texture. Mix in the green chilies and the desired seasonings listed above. Spread the creamy mixture in even amounts on each tortilla with a butter knife or spoon. Starting with one end of the tortilla roll it up slowly. Continue this process until all 8 are rolled up. Wrap each one in plastic wrap and chilll overnight for best results.
Cut the rolls into slices and place on a serving tray with a bowl of salsa in the middle.
