2 8-oz pkg cream cheese
2 tbsp chopped green pepper
2 tbsp chopped onion
1/4 c drained crushed pineapple
2 tsp seasoned salt
2 c chopped pecans


Soften cream cheese. Add green pepper, onion, pineapple, seasoned salt, and 1 c pecans; mix well. Shape into ball and roll in remaining pecans. Chill for several hours; serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
