20 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
3 tablespoons dark rum
3 tablespoons cream of coconut
1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened

Stir pineapple, rum and cream of coconut into ice cream. Freeze about 2 hours.

Coconut Crust

1½ cup vanilla wafer crumbs
1 cup toasted flaked coconut
1/3 cup melted butter

Combine all ingredients and press into 9-inch pie plate. Pour ice cream mixture into crust. Freeze.
