1 cup butter flavored Crisco
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 cup granulated or caster sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 12-oz package of mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

In a large mixing bowl, beat together the butter flavor Crisco, peanut butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla for approximately 3 minutes on high speed. Stir in the milk. Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Next, stir in the mini semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased air bake cookie sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.

Cool on the cookie sheet for at least 10 minutes and then onto a cooling rack until completely cool. Place the cookies in an airtight container and place in a refrigerator until ready to serve.

Note: for best results, always use an air bake cookie sheet and butter flavor Crisco.
