1/3 cup oil
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup milk
2/3 cups pureed banana
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup flour
1 cup walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 12-cup muffin tin. Combine oil, egg, milk and banana. Beat well.

Stir all dry ingredients together and add to liquid. Stir until mixed. Add nuts.

Fill molds 2/3 to 3/4 full and bake for 25 minutes until lightly browned.

Serve warm.
