Easy Matzoh Ball Soup Recipe:

For soup:
1 Chicken, cut up
2 Chicken Bouillon cubes
Bunch of Carrots, cut up
Bunch of Celery, cut up
1 onion

Fill very large pot 2/3 full with water. Add chicken and cook over a medium flame for 15 minutes. Skim fat off the top and add all the other ingredients. Turn flame down to a simmer and cover (venting slightly) and cook for 1 1/2 hours. Skim fat off the top again before serving. The bouillon will give the soup an especially rich chicken flavor.

For Matzoh Balls, follow ingredients on box. (You'll just need to add 1 egg and water to Matzoh ball mix and boil). Add to soup at the end of cooking or pour soup over matzoh balls when serving.
