A vodka martini infused with fresh rosemary.

12 oz. Vodka
2 oz. Dry Vermouth
3 tbsp. Fresh Crushed Rosemary
4 Lemon Twists
4 Rosemary Sprigs
8 Ice Cubes

A day ahead of time, fill a glass pint jar with vodka and drop the rosemary into the vodka. Two hours before serving, strain the rosemary vodka into a pitcher discarding the rosemary. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Swirl the vermouth around the insides of four martini glasses and discard the excess vermouth.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add rosemary vodka. Shake vigorously with a side-to-side motion. Strain and pour. Garnish with lemon twists and rosemary springs.
