1 large container sour cream
1 large can mandarin oranges
1 small can crushed pineapples
1 bag mini marshmallows
1 cup coconut


1. Drain pineapple. Save juice.

2. Drain oranges. Place on paper towel to dry, then cut into pieces.

3. Mix in large bowl entire container of sour cream, orange pieces, pineapple and juice, coconut, and full bag of marshmallows. Smooth the top.

4. Cover. Refrigerate overnight.

Serves 4-6

Tip: For a festive touch, add red and green cherries at Christmas time.
