Ladies Finger Raitha


1. Tender Ladies Finger 12 nos.

Green Chillies 4 nos.

Grated Coconut 1/2 cup.

Yogurt 2 cups.

Salt To Taste.

Cooking Oil 2 Tablespoon.

2. Mustard Seeds 1/2 Teaspoon.

Curry leaves 10 to 12 leaves.

Red Chilli Pieces 4.


Wash and cut ladies finger and green chillies into small round pieces. Place a pan in the stove with oil. Put ladies finger and chilli pieces. Stir well. When it becomes slightly brown in
color remove it from the pan. Grind the coconut well and mix with yogurt and salt. Add this into the fried items and mix well.

Fry the second item in a little oil and mix with the curry.Decorate with a few coriander leaves.
