If you're tired of ordering in pizza or eating fast food, but have no time to cook, try one of these fast and easy recipes that your kids will love.

Breakfast sandwich - If your kids are running out the door, and still haven't eaten, microwave 2 waffles or pancakes and spread a layer of jelly between them for a breakfast sandwich.

Sunrise Bagel - Take a frozen bagel and melt a piece of american cheese on it in the microwave.

Cereal Mixes - The night before, mix 3 or 4 different cereals in a plastic baggie, kids can grab them and go.

Fruit Mixes - You can do the same thing with fruit, by cutting up the night before and putting in baggies or plastic containers.

Pasta - Always keep a container of boiled macaroni noodles in the refrigerator. You can melt a piece of cheese over them for instant mac n cheese, add some chopped tomatoes and frozen veggies, or add macaroni to tomato soup for a hearty meal. You can also stir in chicken, tuna or beef and and a cream soup for an instant casserole.

Roll Ups - Keep tortillas in the refrigerator and add sandwich meats or cheese and roll up for a great snack, or alternative to a regular sandwich.

Dips - Sometimes dips will convince even a picky eater to try something new. Serve pre-prepared cut up veggies with ranch salad dressing, or cut up apples and dip in peanut butter.

Potato Stuffers - Did you make baked potatos for dinner last night? Microwave a few extra and serve for any meal with scrambled eggs, cut up chicken, veggies, etc. as a topper.

Quick Spaghetti - Mix boiled spaghetti noodles and one can of tomato soup in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes for a delicious, creamy spaghetti.

Sandwiches - Sometimes presentation is everything. Make peanut butter and jelly or cheese sandwiches and use a cookie cutter to cut out different shapes. Your kids will love them.

Fast Crab Salad - Mix one brick of cream cheese, artificial crabmeat and a tablespoon of mayonnaise for a creamy crabmeat salad.
