5 lb chicken wings, separated
1/2 c vegetable oil
3 c flour
2 tbsp poultry seasoning
2 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp seasoned salt
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
12 tbsp hot sauce


Place flour in large bowl with lid. Season flour with seasonings; mix well. Heat oil in frying pan until bubbles rise. Turn heat down to medium. Coat each chicken wing in flour; add to hot oil. Cook for approximately 35 minutes apiece or until both sides are nicely browned and no blood comes from the wings. Drain on paper towels. Coat each side of wings in hot sauce. Serve hot.
