6 tbsp flour
6 med Winesap or Rome Beauty apples, peeled and quartered
1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
3/4 c sour cream
3 tsp cinnamon


Mix flour, 2 tbsp sugar, and apples in mixing bowl; place in pie shell. Spoon sour cream over apple mixture; sprinkle 1/2 c sugar, then cinnamon, over top. Bake in preheated 400-degree oven until crust browns. Reduce temperature to 325 degrees; bake for 30 minutes longer or until apples are tender.
