8 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 mayonaise
1/2 cup finely diced garlic dill pickles
2 Tablespoons honey mustard (or any spicy mustard)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
small can of sliced black olives


Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Place in a deviled egg dish or a flat tray. Next, remove the yolks from the eggs and mash them with a fork in a medium mixing bowl. Add the diced pickles, mustard, salt and pepper, mixing together. Spoon even amounts of the mixture into the sliced egg whites. Sprinkle paprika lightly on each egg and top with a slice of black olive. Keep refrigerated and covered until ready to serve.
