1-2 lbs. roast beef
10 small potatoes or 5 large ones
8 oz. baby carrots
1 small onion
1 cups water
1 can beef broth
dash worchestershire sauce
10 drops tobassco sauce
teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste

Cut up potatoes and put in the bottom of the crock pot. Take roast and cut into several small pieces. Add carrots and chopped up onion. Pour water and beef broth over all. Add remaining ingredients, and stir. Cook on low setting for 8-10 hours or on high setting for 4-6 hours. Everything will be juicy and tender. Serve with rolls and you have a complete balanced meal.
