1/2 c butter, softened
1/2 c flour
1 can cream style corn
3 eggs, separated
1/2 ts salt
Soda crackers


Mix butter and flour together in souffle dish or casserole. Add corn; mix well. Stir beaten egg yolks into corn mixture; pour milk over corn mixture just to cover. Add salt; mix thoroughly. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites; crumble crackers over top. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven for 60 minutes. Yield: 4-6 servings.
