12 oz. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
4 oz. white sugar
7 fl. oz. condensed milk
4 oz. butter, softened
1 egg
4 oz. wild blackberries
3 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 oz. cream cheese
1 oz. icing sugar


Preheat oven to 400 F (200 C). Using a food processor, combine flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, white sugar, condensed milk, butter, and the egg. Mix well. Fold in the wild blackberries. Spoon batter into a muffin pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Allow to cool in pan and turn out onto wire rack to cool completely.

Meanwhile, using the food processor, combine ground cinnamon, cream cheese, and icing sugar until smooth and creamy. Spread cream cheese mixture on top of the muffins. Allow to set, and serve cold with hot coffee or tea, as a breakfast, as a snack, or in a child's bagged lunch.
