4 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg can evaporated millk
1/3 c. butter or margarine
1-8 oz jar marshmallow creme
1-12 oz pkg chocolate chips
1 square unsweetened chocolate, grated
1 c. nuts
1 tsp vanilla

Boil sugar, milk and butter until mixture reaches soft ball stage. Remove from heat; add marshmallow creme and chocolate. Beat until smooth and chocolate is blended. Add vanilla and nuts; mix well. Pour into buttered pan; let set. Cut into desired pieces. Makes 2 lbs fudge.
