2/3 Cup Butter Flavored Crisco
1/2 cup granulated or caster sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 large egg
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
4 oz chocolate chips
4 oz butterscotch chips
1 1/2 cup of all purpose flour


* Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

*In a large mixing bowl, cream together sugars, egg and vanilla with a hand mixer on high speed until smooth.
*Next stir in the Dry ingredients, adding the chips last.
*Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased air bake cookie sheet and bake until lightly brown on the bottom, approximately 8 - 10 minutes. Let cool on the cookie sheet for at least 15 minutes, then move to a cookie rack. Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

* For Best results always use the Butter flavor crisco and the air bake cookie sheet
