1 cup white rice
2 cups water
dash of salt

Bring water and salt to a boil. Add rice. Turn heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes or until water is absorbed into rice. Let sit while assembling other ingredients.

1 tbls. Vegetable Oil
1 teaspoon ground Ginger
5 tbls. Soy Sauce
1 cup frozen Mixed Vegetables
3 strips cooked Bacon, crumpled
1 beaten Egg

In a wok, over high heat, heat up oil. Add ginger to oil. Add rice and stir fry. Add soy sauce, then mixed vegetables. Stir fry for one minute. Add bacon. Stir fry for one minute. Make a well in the center of the rice. Add beaten egg to the center of the well. Mix and stir fry until egg is completely cooked, about one minute. Remove from wok and serve. Serves about 4-5 people.
