1 1/4 c milk
1 8-oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp snipped chives
1/2 tsp instant minced onions
1/4 tsp salt
4 c cubed cooked potatoes

Blend milk into cream cheese in medium saucepan; place over low heat. Stir in chives, onion and salt. Add potatoes; stir carefully to coat. Turn into 1 1/2 qt casserole; sprinkle with paprika. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Yield: 5-6 servings.
