Grated carrots 2 cups

Sugar 1 cup

Ghee ½ cup

Milk 1 cup

Kismis nuts 50 grams

Cardamom powder a pinch


Cook carrot in milk. Add sugar and stir continuously in low heat. After the milk is fully dried up put ghee little by little. When it becomes thick add cardamom, kismiss and nuts. Remove from the stove. Cut into small pieces and serve.
