1 egg
1-4 oz pkg cream cheese
1-4oz pkg blue cheese
1 loaf sandwich bread
1 can asparagus stlks, drained
Melted butter or margarine


Blend egg with cream cheese and blue cheese. Trim crust from sandwich bread slices; rool each slice lightly with rolling pin. Spread with cheese mixture. Cut asparagus stalksi n half; place on edge of bread. Toll as for jelly roll; brush generously with butter. Place in plastic container; cover. Freeze. Remove from freezer; cut each roll crosswise in 1 1/2 inch lengths. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot.
