1 jar creamy peanut butter
1 package powdered sugar
1-2 packages chocolate chips

Blend peanut butter and powdered sugar. Roll into 1" balls, place on wax paper on a cookie sheet and refrigerate to cool slightly (helps when dipping into the chocolate). While the balls are chilling, melt the chocolate in a double boiler over low heat. Dip the balls into the chocolate using a toothpick, make sure you leave a circle of peanut butter showing to form the eye of the buckeye. Place back on wax paper to cool. Remove toothpick, and pat hole over with the peanut butter to cover.
