A version of the classic daiquiri made with brandy instead of rum.

1-1/2 oz. Brandy
½ oz. Cointreau
1 tblsp. Fresh Lime Juice
8 Ice Cubes

Rub an orange slice around the rim of a glass and dip the moist rim into superfine sugar, turning the glass to coat the rim. Chill the glass in the freezer. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add brandy and Cointreau. Shake vigorously to blend. Chill the filled cocktail shaker in the freezer. Serve in chilled glasses.
