1 Boboli (Italian crust in the shape of pizza pre-made)
Pesto sauce (same as pizza sauce)
Sun-dried tomatoes
Grated cheese (Monterey Jack works great)

Cooking Directions
Spread the pesto sauce on the boboli. Lay the sun-dried tomatoes on top (I laid them on paper towels to get some of the excess oil off). Cover top with grated cheese. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut in diamond shapes, then cut shapes in half to get finger-size triangles. Serve warm. Also try adding sour cream and instead of pizza sauce try salsa. It is a good way to experiment with a wonderful dish. Another thing to add is your favorite choice of toppings and spices combined with the sauce. My favorite is oregano, Italian spices, and garlic powder. But remember, a little goes a long way, so don't get too carried away. Have fun and enjoy.
