1 lb. pork (or chicken)
3 green peppers (or green and red)
1 small can pearl onions
1 small can pineapple chunks (drain and save juice)
6 Tbsp. sugar
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
4 Tbsp. tomato sauce (can be omitted)
1 Tbsp. corn starch mixed with 1/2 cup pineapple juice (and water if needed)

Saute meat and peppers in oil. Combine sugar, soy sauce, wine vinegar, and tomato sauce in medium pan. When mixture boils, add cornstarch mixture, stirring constantly. Add to fried meat and veggies. Serve over rice.
